Cyltronic CTC Electric Linear Axis
• The only 1:1 replacement electric cylinder for pneumatic cylinders on the market!
• Servo motor and controller uniquely integrated into a compact cylinder body
• Control options: Digital I/O or IO-Link
• Control of the the pneumatic valve can usually be utilized directly without any changes to the control logic
• Compatible with ISO15552 pneumatic cylinder mounts and brackets at both ends of the unit
• Can be easily combined with CTC electric cylinders to form an XYZ gantry robot for example and the synchronous contorl is easily implemented via IO-LinkIn addition to simple I/O control, Cyltronic products can be integrated into any control system and bus protocol via IO-Link. IO-Link offers very versatile real-time positioning features and extensive functions for even the most demanding linear servo applications, easily and cost-effectively.
