35 Series 57000 by Haydon Kerk Motion Solutions is a 57 mm stepper motor linear actuator.
• Available in three designs - captive, non-captive and external linear versions
• Stroke (non-captive, external), up to 500 mm
• Locked-Stroke length, 12.7 - 63,5 mm
• Max. force 300 to 880 N
• Movement / step 3 - 50 μm
Hybrid stepper motor linear actuators open new avenues for equipment designers who require high performance and exceptional endurance in a very small package. Applications include medical instrumentation, office equipment, appliances, optics, machinery automation and other automated devices which require precise remote controlled linear movements.
The various patent pending designs use a proprietary manufacturing process, which incorporates engineering thermoplastics in the rotor drive nut and a stainless steel acme lead screw. This allows the linear actuator to be much quieter, more efficient and more durable than the v-thread and bronze nut configuration commonly used in other linear actuators.
